Role : Senior Marketing Lead

️ Industry : Beauty / E-commerce

Location : Mumbai

CTC: Up to ₹45 LPA

Experience: 8–12 years (3–4 years in Beauty is mandatory)

What you’ll do:

✔️ Lead 360° marketing across PR, digital, influencer & retail

✔️ Drive brand equity, desirability & market share growth

✔️ Plan and execute high-impact campaigns, launches & activations

✔️ Build strong influencer, celebrity & PR strategies

✔️ Accelerate growth across omni-channel & e-commerce platforms

What we’re looking for:

✔️ Strong experience in beauty / fragrance / luxury categories

✔️ Proven expertise in digital & performance marketing

✔️ Hands-on with influencer marketing & brand storytelling

✔️ Strong commercial acumen with ROI-driven mindset

✔️ Experience managing multi-brand portfolios is a plus
