Job Description
• Location: Borivali
• Job Role & Responsibilities
• Responsible for entire procurement of material and service
• Plan and implement Sourcing Strategies.
• Supervising the searching and sourcing potential suppliers and contractors.
• Supervision/Approval of Evaluation and registration of Suppliers and Contractors for critical Material/Service.
• Negotiation and finalization of Major orders.
• Determining the terms and conditions to be included in the Purchase Orders within the framework of policies of the company.
• Evaluation and approval of Purchase Orders
• Building up and maintaining cordial relationship with Suppliers and Contractors
• Participating in Organizational level meetings.
• Control expenses and push for cost saving.
• Key Result Area:
• Cost optimization and reduction.
• Inventory control
• Import Substitution
• Timely delivery of the material to users
• Alternate suppliers
