Job Description
At Brego Business, we help brands grow through data-driven performance marketing. As we scale, we are looking for a Senior Manager – Performance Marketing to lead high-impact campaigns, mentor a growing team, and ensure the highest standards in campaign execution and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid marketing campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta, , and more.
- Drive performance for both lead generation and eCommerce clients with individual client spends exceeding INR 2L+ monthly.
- Oversee 4–5 key client accounts, ensuring consistent performance, reporting, and client satisfaction.
- Manage, mentor, and train a team of junior performance marketers, ensuring continuous learning and development.
- Conduct regular quality checks across campaigns to ensure delivery aligns with brand guidelines, performance benchmarks, and platform best practices.
- Set and maintain standards for campaign hygiene, data integrity, and execution excellence.
- Drive deep campaign analysis and prepare insightful performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Translate data into actionable strategies, and guide team members on optimization logic and implementation.
- Provide creative direction for ad copies and visual content to ensure they align with performance goals.
- Work cross-functionally with designers, content writers, and account managers to drive campaign success.
- Stay ahead of consumer behavior trends and platform algorithm changes to refine strategy continuously.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably at a digital marketing agency.
- Experience in managing and mentoring junior marketers and overseeing campaign quality.
- Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Ads.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, Events Manager (required); SEMRush, Moz, Looker Studio (preferred).
- Strong analytical mindset with an ability to turn data into insights.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- High initiative, ownership mindset, and a passion for digital performance.
