POSITION: Senior Manager - MIS
DESIGNATION: Senior Manager
POSITION GRADE: L4

REPORTING POSITION: Deputy Vice President
WORK LOCATION: Goregaon (East), Mumbai. Corporate office
Key Responsibilities
• Managing the preparation, review and submission of Regulatory reports and statements to be submitted to IRDAI. Preparation of IRDAI audit annexures.
• Managing the preparation and review of reports and statements to be submitted to Senior Management.
• Assisting in design and preparation of dashboards, highlights, presentations to the senior management of the company.
• Participate and contribute for projects as needed also drive automation of various reports and MIS through tools like macro and applications like SQL, Access, Excel, SAS etc.
• Liaise with compliance, actuarial, product teams and other stakeholders for understanding various aspects of the insurance business and also implementation of changes in format of reporting as per IRDAI circular.
• Timely submission of senior management MIS and reports.
• To resolve any challenges which the team might experience in providing the above deliverable and managing the team. To ensure that reporting is correctly done as per IRDAI circular and guidelines.
• Any other task as per management requirement

Required Qualification Skills
Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate
Work experience in years: 7 years +
Skills / Experience Required
• Basic Excel ; Vlookup, Pivot etc. (Mandatory)
• SQL, Python, Tableau, advance excel etc. (Preferred)
