Job Title: Senior Manager – Events (Client Servicing & Operations)

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager – Events with a strong background in client servicing and event operations within the MICE industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing domestic and international events, along with the ability to drive client relationships and ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationship management and high client satisfaction
• Understand client requirements and translate them into creative and executable event plans
• Lead end-to-end event planning and execution for both domestic and international events
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth operations
• Manage event budgets, cost negotiations, and ensure profitability
• Oversee on-ground execution and troubleshoot any operational challenges
• Ensure timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are met consistently
• Provide post-event analysis and client feedback reportsKey Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in event management/MICE industry
• Strong exposure to both client servicing and event operations
• Proven experience in managing large-scale domestic and international events
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
Preferred Profile:
• Candidates from event management agencies or MICE companies
• Experience in handling corporate events, conferences, incentives, and exhibitions
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
Experience:
• Total: 8 years (Preferred)
• Events Management : 8 years (Preferred)
• MICE Industry: 5 years (Preferred)
