With 300 Crore in Annual Recurring Revenue and ongoing global expansion, Krishnas Herbal & Ayurveda is building a future-ready brand based on innovation, integrity, and long-term trust.Role Description The Senior Legal Manager – Litigation & Brand Protection is a full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur. This role is responsible for managing all litigation matters, including civil, criminal, commercial, and consumer disputes, and coordinating with external counsel to ensure effective representation of the companys interests. The position oversees brand protection initiatives, such as monitoring and acting against counterfeiting, imitation products, IP infringements, and unauthorized use of brand assets across offline and online channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts, advising business teams on legal risks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and maintaining accurate legal records and case trackers. The Senior Legal Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to policy development, support regulatory and compliance audits, and provide strategic legal guidance to enable secure and sustainable business growth.QualificationsStrong foundational knowledge in Law with proven experience in corporate, commercial, and intellectual property matters.Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, notices, pleadings, and agreements.Experience in Legal Consulting, providing clear, practical legal advice to leadership and cross-functional business teams.
