Designs and develops effective, engaging instructor-led projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
Collaborates with internal leaders and subject matter experts to conduct training needs assessments and identify gaps in current training solutions.

Writes learning objectives, course modules, and lesson content that ensure mastery of key skills.
Applies adult learning principles and techniques to create instructional design documents and materials for instructors and participants.
Facilitates and presents virtually and in-person in a highly professional manner.
Works closely with subject matter experts and other team members to share knowledge and maintain high-quality work products.
Maintains advanced technical skills in software applications applicable to instructional design, development, and facilitation, such as Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and SnagIt.
