Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Information Technology Recruiter located in Chennai. The Senior IT Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, technical recruiting, IT recruitment, and hiring.
Qualifications
• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting skills
• Experience in IT recruitment and hiring
• Ability to create and execute recruiting strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience using online recruiting tools and social media for sourcing candidates
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the staffing industry preferred
