Job description
Job Summary:

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Senior Manager to oversee and manage the HR department, develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives, manage recruitment processes, administer employee benefits, and ensure compliance with HR policies.

The ideal candidate will have experience in administering Employee Benefits, personnel management skills, excellent organizational and leadership skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work on-site in Mumbai.

Responsibilities include:
• Oversight of HR department
• Development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
• Management of recruitment processes
• Administration of employee benefits
• Ensuring compliance with HR policies

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:
• Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies skills
• Experience in administering Employee Benefits
• Personnel Management skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
