We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our HR Advisory and Delivery team. You will engage with a portfolio of managers and stakeholders to lead, coach, and support them towards being at the heart of the employment relationship.
This role will be based in Hastings. You will be focused on business partnering, networking, and advising in order to build and maintain our value driven practices.
We are committed to being an adaptive and pro-active HR team in order to capably steer our organisation into the future and achieve 'Being our best - Eke Panuku'.
Through driving your own caseload and working in collaboration with other People functions, you will provide a wide variety of technical HR advice and options to support the business in Change Management, Performance Management, Disciplinary and all other employment matters.
We have embarked on an exciting journey to transform our Advisory function to that of a true business partner model. You will be part of a high performing, collaborative, and supportive national team. No day will be the same and you will get exposure to a variety of issues and workgroups in a unique and exciting environment.
Key Accountabilities:
Can easily build relationships to proactively work with other business groups to enable a holistic approach in resolving employment matters.
Able to respond in a timely manner to differing business needs, and can be pragmatic with advice and support.
Uses HR expertise to provide current and relevant advice that assesses and mitigates risk.
Analyses information to form advice for managers, offering solutions and options that are fit for the situation.
Can handle and respond to employment issues, leveraging off key resources to shape and build advice.

Utu a-tau Salary
This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $110,425 and $125,800 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
