Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Senior HR Business Partner to support leadership teams in Pune. This role requires a strong business understanding, the ability to drive HR transformation initiatives, and expertise in continuous performance management.
As a Senior HRBP, you will partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with business outcomes, lead HR projects, and ensure performance frameworks enable growth and accountability. You will play a critical role in building high-performing teams within a fast-paced ITES / Software Product / Technology environment.
The ideal candidate combines business acumen with strong HR project execution capabilities and hands-on expertise in performance management systems.

Education Qualification

Key Responsibilities
• Partner with business leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives.
• Lead continuous performance management processes, goal setting, reviews, and feedback frameworks.
• Design and implement HR projects aligned with business priorities.
• Drive workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
• Provide leadership coaching and advisory support to managers.
• Identify capability gaps and design development interventions.
• Ensure HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting are aligned with business KPIs.
• Support change management initiatives across departments.
• Strengthen culture, engagement, and leadership effectiveness.
