The Role
We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist - EMEA to join a team that aims to deliver efficient and easy people processes, systems, policies and programs to support a positive employee experience. You will provide a wide range of HR support, advice and administration working with a global team. A positive attitude is a must as well as emotional intelligence, teamwork and willingness to learn. You will be required to work an EMEA shift and will report to the HR Director EMEA/APAC.

Work closely with local management to provide high-quality advice, coaching and support to resolve employee relations and performance management issues
Develop, recommend, and implement policies and programs to ensure best practice and compliance regulations are met across the region as well as improve the employee experience
Coach and influence leadership to drive change and employee engagement
Review and manage benefits with vendor support to ensure we offer competitive
