This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior HR Admin at Jaipur. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing human resource activities, managing employee records, coordinating HR projects, Admin tasks, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar HR role
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, policies, and best practices
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Proficient in HRIS and MS Office
• Effective communication skills and a high level of confidentiality
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP) is a plus
