This Senior Hospital Pharmacist role is responsible for providing comprehensive pharmaceutical services to patients in a hospital setting. The Senior Hospital Pharmacist will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, providing drug information to healthcare professionals, and monitoring drug therapy outcomes.
The Senior Hospital Pharmacist will also be responsible for managing the pharmacy department, supervising pharmacy staff, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
The Senior Hospital Pharmacist must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong knowledge of pharmacology and medication safety.
