Job Description
As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer at James Chase Solutions, you will work closely with engineering leadership and AI partners to prototype, build, and scale the next generation of autonomous digital workers. Your main duties will include:
- Designing, building, and iterating on fullstack systems that power AI agents from concept to deployment.
- Researching and evaluating new approaches to agent orchestration, prompting strategies, and model alignment.
- Collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to enhance UX and usability for non-technical users.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Strong command of modern fullstack frameworks, especially Typescript, React, NextJS, and NodeJS.
- Track record of shipping scalable systems in high-growth or startup environments.
- Strategic thinking ability to balance speed and quality while driving technical vision.
- Bonus points for experience with LLMs, agent orchestration frameworks, or AI infrastructure.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have worked at an early or hyper-growth stage startup.
