Senior Full Stack Java Developer

Responsibilities:
• Participate in the full development lifecycle including design, estimation, planning, development, unit test, release and implementation support.
• Maximizes team performance through collaboration and delegating based on team members strengths.
• Participate in Agile Projects
• Project manage resources and delivery of business implementation successfully.
• Engage clients & prospects and conduct technical presentation meetings.
• Design and conceptualize business solutions to match client needs
• Capture, understand and analyze client user requirements and objectives
• Engage internal implementation team on client requirements and solution design
• Create and implement good practice of coding, testing and deploying
• Document solution for IT and client reference
• Assure code review
• Practice TDD and BDD for code test
• Utilize CI/CD process
• Conduct training on implemented solution
• Continually improve knowledge and expertise

Must Have
• 8 years of hands on Java backend development experience (development on WebLogic is plus).
• Proficient in Java 8, Spring, WebFlux , SpringBoot , Hibernate, iBATIS , NodeJS, Golang
• Strong in Restful API and web service development (XML, JSON, swagger etc.)
• Strong frontend development (ReactJS/ VueJS JavaScript / jQuery / HTML5)
• Knowledge with Java Micro services with spring boot framework.
• Knowledge on application containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) development.
• Experience of developing query on Oracle Postgrad MongoDB Cosmos DB.
• Excellent problem solving skills, and troubleshooting (Linux is a plus)
• Strong TDD and BDD experience, familiar with Selenium, Cypress, Rest Assured and other frameworks
• Experienced in cloud native application development, familiar with AWS, GCP or Azure
• Experienced in problems troubleshooting, with strong debugging and reverse engineering skills
• Strong experience in maintaining and revamping legacy large scale systems
• With agile mindset and excellent skills in agile development
• Systems design and analysis
• Perform functional enhancement, system deployment and testing

Good to Have
• A Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
• Messaging stream development on Tibco EMS / Confluent Cloud Kafka.
• DevSecOps , experience with CICD
• Troubleshooting application e.g. ElasticSearch or Dynatrace.
• Expertise in CMS (e.g. AEM, Strapi )
• Experience in Artificial intelligence, machine learning and data analytics
