Job Your role You will be part of dynamic team, currently focusing on couple of key initiatives like building the new React JS based UI, integrating it with backend, key business functionality implementation and transforming application to be cloud ready. . You will be actively contributing to transform the application to adopt the new UI tech stack with REST end point implementation. . Own and deliver features end to end. . Implementation of new business requirements. . Active contribution in decision making process of new architecture pattern for application. . Your team You will be part of the Logistics IT team within Finance, Risk and Data IT organization. Our software and tools are at the heart of UBS's Group Function where we provide bank-wide solutions to support the business processes in these functions. The team is global based in Switzerland, UK, EMEA, APAC and the US. Together with us you will work in a fast-paced environment that develops, implements, and maintains mission critical information systems to the -Business Intelligence community. Your expertise . ideally 7+ years of work experience in developing JAVA/J2EE based web application at enterprise level. . 3+ year of hands-on experience in implementing REST APIs . hands-on experience in Spring 3.x+ modules like Core, MVC, Security, JDBC & JPA. . good understanding of RDBMS like Oracle, PostgreSql . good understanding of JSP, Servlet, Angular or React Js. . fair understanding on UNIX system. . exposure to GIT, Junit, Sonar, conceptual knowledge of CI/CD. . experience of Agile Methodology. Desirable Experience: . public cloud exposure like Azure, AWS. . Microservice architecture pattern experience
