• Implement HL7, FHIR, PMJAY, and NHCX integrations.
• Build AI-powered healthcare search and decision-support features.
• Ensure security, compliance, and performance standards.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to architecture decisions.

Mandatory Requirements:
• 6+ years of software development experience.
• Healthcare software experience is mandatory.
• Experience with Hospital Management Systems, EMR/EHR, or HealthTech products.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows.
• Must be willing to work from Vastral, Ahmedabad.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with NABH-compliant hospital solutions.
• Experience in AI/LLM-based healthcare applications.
• Experience in cloud deployment and DevOps practices.
