Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Developer with exceptional Team Lead skills to join our dynamic and innovative development team. As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge web applications while also leading and mentoring a team of talented front-end developers.
Responsibilities:
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and guidance to the front-end development team. Collaborate with the team members to define technical requirements, architecture, and best practices.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, ensuring they are motivated, empowered, and have the necessary resources to succeed. Assign tasks, set goals, and provide regular feedback to promote growth and professional development.
• Frontend Development: Take ownership of frontend development projects, from conception to completion. Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code using modern frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Code Reviews and Quality Assurance: Review code contributed by team members to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and maintainability. Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers, to ensure seamless integration of frontend components and optimal user experience.
• Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies, trends, and best practices. Identify opportunities to enhance existing systems and propose innovative solutions to improve performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Troubleshooting and Bug Fixing: Identify and resolve complex frontend issues and bugs. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the delivery of high-quality, bug-free applications.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including project requirements, architectural diagrams, coding guidelines, and user manuals.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Frontend Developer, with at least 5-10 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience in HubSpot is plus.
• Extensive knowledge of frontend development best practices, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first development.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and mentoring a development team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Familiarity with backend technologies and APIs is a plus.
• Experience in e-commerce or SaaS platforms is highly desirable.
