25hours Hotel The Olympia is a design-led boutique lifestyle hotel in Sydney’s Paddington, set in the restored historic West’s Olympia Theatre and offering 109 rooms alongside multiple dining and bar venues that celebrate the building’s cinematic heritage.
A Senior Front Office Agent is an experienced front desk professional who not only serves guests but also helps supervise the front office team and ensures smooth daily operations.
Senior Front Office Agent – Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service.
Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Assist with VIP arrivals, group bookings, and special guest requests.
Supervise and support Front Office Agents during shifts.
Train and mentor new front office staff.
Resolve guest complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Ensure accurate room assignments, billing, and cash handling.
Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, concierge, and maintenance departments.
Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate guest records.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, standards, and safety procedures.
Act as the shift leader in the absence of the Front Office Supervisor or Manager.
Pay: $5,500.00 – $7,500.00 per month
