Reporting into an experienced and highly regarded leadership team, you'll join a growing Fraud function that is evolving its capability, frameworks and investigative standards. What will you be doing?
Lead complex investigations involving fraud, misconduct, corruption, conflicts of interest and other integrity-related matters
Develop investigation plans, determine investigative strategies and prepare high-quality findings and recommendations
Review, triage and assess incoming fraud and integrity matters for escalation and investigation
Prepare reports, insights and recommendations for Executive Leadership, Board and Risk stakeholders
Contribute to the development of fraud frameworks, policies, procedures and continuous improvement initiatives
Analyse fraud trends, risks and emerging issues to support prevention, detection and organisational resilience
What do you need?
Proven experience conducting complex fraud investigations within insurance, financial services, government or similar environments
Strong investigation planning, evidence gathering, interviewing and report writing capabilities
Certificate IV in Government Investigations or similar investigative qualification, or substantial equivalent industry experience
Experience managing sensitive fraud, misconduct, integrity or workplace investigation matters
Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to assess risk, identify trends and provide practical recommendations
A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge thinking, influence stakeholders and contribute to ongoing improvement
