Kamdhenu Adhesives is a fast-growing construction chemicals brand under the Kamdhenu Group (₹25,000 Cr+ legacy via Kamdhenu Nxt). With 25% market share in Raipur, strong R&D backing (IIT Bombay, ICT), and aggressive expansion across CG & Vidarbha, we’re building India’s next big adhesive brand.
What You’ll Own
• End-to-end accounting & monthly closures
• AR/AP, collections governance & credit control
• GST / TDS / TCS compliance (zero-penalty mindset)
• Inventory, GRN matching & SKU-wise COGS accuracy
• MIS dashboards: cashflow, DSO & working capital
• Final authority on Tally & Zoho Books
• Partner with founders & sales on credit policy
Who You Are
• Commerce / Finance graduate (CA / MBA-Fin preferred)
• 3+ years accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Expert in Tally & Zoho Books
• Strong GAAP / IFRS knowledge
• Hands-on, detail-obsessed, ownership-driven
• Fluent in English & Hindi
