• Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
• Lead the development of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts specific to real estate projects and operations in Jaipur.
• Conduct variance analysis, assess financial performance, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize profitability.
• Real Estate Financing:
• Oversee financing activities for real estate projects, including debt sourcing, negotiating terms with lenders, and managing loan agreements.
• Evaluate capital structure options and optimize financing strategies to support project development and expansion plans.
• Investment Appraisal:
• Evaluate potential real estate investments, conduct financial due diligence, and prepare investment proposals.
• Assess risk-return profiles, perform sensitivity analysis, and present investment recommendations to senior management.
• Financial Reporting and Compliance:
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including project-level reporting and consolidated accounts.
