We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bookkeeping Executive with expertise in XERO software to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and accounting principles, with demonstrated proficiency in XERO and Quickbooks software.

Global Assist is remote staffing solution for Australian Clients. We offer support services for administrative tasks, Mortgage broking, Accounting and Bookkeeping, Taxation, Payroll and Digital marketing. Our front office is in Sydney, Australia and delivery office is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.
• Manage a portfolio of clients' accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Provide expert advice on financial matters, including tax compliance, financial planning, and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of financial issues.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
• Keep up to date with developments in accounting and bookkeeping software, including XERO, to ensure best practice.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years' experience in bookkeeping or accounting, with demonstrated proficiency in XERO software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as tax compliance regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Responsible for the daily run and forecast operation, by managing the cash position and
processing back-office requests as well as internal teams and partner bank’s needs and requests.
• Actively participate in the production and enhancement of cash monitoring and forecast reports,

• Integration activity, as working in a dynamic environment, will be involved in and managing

Lead all project related to the improvement/creation of the:
o Day-to-day operational management processes
o Cash reporting
o Cash forecasting

o Treasury Audit

Run Activities:
Manage and validate the day-to-day cash position and cash forecast:
o Reconciliations balancing transfer
o Propose debt or investments
o Manage and validate interco financing requests from subsidiaries
o Propose or manage the FX transactions
o Manage or validate the monthly inter-company netting cycles
o Monitor the back-office request related to payments
o Create and improve the weekly cash flow reporting

Closing Activities:
• Production of Group cash and FX closing reports
• Production of debt monitoring files and delivery to dedicated financial departments

Must have:
• Good knowledge of international treasury management, an interest in information systems and in
improving existing systems.
• At least 10-12 years' experience in a position covering the required skills.
• Proven experience on KYRIBA.
• Experience in an international environment i.e. regular interaction with entities around the globe.
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally: ability to listen, understand, coordinate, lead and adapt

to your contacts.
• Ability to analyze and propose solutions with autonomy and thoroughness.
• Working in fast-growing, agile environments, and you're able to adapt and react quickly.
• Good written and oral communication skills (you can lead meetings in English).

Good to have:
• The capability to deal with varying business culture and adapt to a changing environment
• Demonstrates a positive attitude while focusing on completing tasks or goals
• Good knowledge of how the music industry works
