📍 Location: New Friends Colony, New Delhi

Position
Senior Fashion Designer – Women's Indian Couture
Qualification
Degree / Diploma in Fashion Design from a recognized institute
Experience
Minimum 5 Years of experience in Women's Indian Couture
Experience with a reputed Designer Label preferred
Salary
💰 ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per Month (Based on experience and skills)
Key Responsibilities
Design premium Women's Indian Couture collections including Bridal Lehengas, Couture Gowns, Sarees, and Luxury Ethnic Wear
Create detailed Lehenga illustrations, fashion sketches, and technical drawings
Develop innovative hand embroidery concepts and supervise embroidery execution
Prepare seasonal mood boards, trend forecasts, and collection concepts
Design professional client presentations and couture collection boards
Work closely with the sampling, merchandising, and production teams
Ensure timely development of collections while maintaining premium quality standards
Stay updated with international fashion trends, fabrics, embellishments, and couture techniques
Skills Required
Strong expertise in Women's Indian Couture & Hand Embroidery
Excellent Illustrator skills and fashion illustration expertise
Ability to create detailed Lehenga embroidery sketches with precision
Knowledge of fabric sourcing, garment construction, and embroidery techniques
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Creative thinking with strong attention to detail and trend forecasting abilities
