Designation - Executive/ Senior Executive -AccountsReporting to - Manager - Accounts & TaxationEducation Background - B.ComWork Experience (years) - 2- 3 yearsLocation - Mahape, Navi MumbaiWhats the purpose of this role Manage end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, MIS reporting, and timely preparation of financial statements Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including TDS, GST, Income Tax, and transfer pricing, along with proper documentation and audit readiness Support internal and external audits by maintaining robust documentation, reconciliations, and adherence to Risk Control Matrix (RCM) Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements (SAP/Excel), while ensuring solid internal controls and operational efficiencyI. Key Results and Activities#1 Achieve 100% accuracy & timeliness in Financial Reporting- Review GL postings, account classifications, and supporting documentation- Ensure data integrity and support timely financial closure- Prepare and present monthly MIS reports to management.- Prepare Monthly Financials Statement- Assist in budgeting and periodic forecasting Provide actionable financial insights for decision-making .- Address SAP-related queries and drive process improvements.#2 Ensure 100% A&F; Compliance (Statutory, Audit & Assessments) with zero penalties- Manage GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B filing, and GSTR-2A/2B reconciliations- Prepare TDS working, filing, payment, reconciliation, and compliance requirements- Prepare and file UAE VAT returns , Corporate Tax and ESR compliance for overseas entities Support preparation and filing of Income Tax- Ensure timely ROC filings including AOC-4, MGT-7, MSME Return, DPT-3, and other statutory filings- Maintain compliance tracker and monitor regulatory deadlines- Maintain audit-ready records and supporting documents for Statutory ,Tax, and transfer pricing & GST Audit,- Coordinate with auditors and provide timely responses to audit queries.- Monitor changes in statutory regulations and assess impact on business processes.- Strengthen internal financial controls and compliance monitoring.#3 Drive Automation, Improve Efficiency & Ensure 100% project completion. Identify opportunities for automation in finance processes using AI and digital tools.Automate repetitive accounting, reconciliation, and reporting activities to improve efficiency.II. Knowledge/Skills/Behaviours - Must Have (M)/ Nice to Have(N)A. Knowledge (Functional and Non-Technical):- Strong knowledge of Accounting principles, Accounting Standards, and financial reporting.(M)- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, FEMA, UAE VAT, ESR, and other statutory compliance. (M)- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems and in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.(M)- Awareness of AI tools, automation opportunities, and digital finance transformation concepts.(N)B.
