Title: Senior Executive - Process Requisition ID: 5++6 Location: Nagda, MH, IN, 456331 Business Unit / Group Function: Flavors and Fragrances Work Arrangement: Onsite Level of Experience: Intermediate Job Highlights Please shortly describe the most important, appealing 5 to 8 tasks of this position: • Preparation of mass and energy balances and utility balance. • Preparation of block flow diagram and process flow diagram. • Preparation and development of P&ID. • Preparation of equipment specification/process sheet like pump, heat exchanger, tanks etc. • Preparation of cost estimates of project. • Responsible for assigned project from basic engineering to procurement, erection and commissioning including timelines and cost control. • To carry out period reviews to ensure proper implementation of the assigned project • Communication to Germany (Technology team) for the assigned project. • Responsible for Process improvements of the defined projects. • Ensure Hazop studies are completed for all assigned projects. • conducting process development experiments to scale in a laboratory. Requirements Here are the main requirements:- • BE Chemical • 5+ years • Needs to be capable of managing Drawing office independently. • Thermal design of shell & tube heat exchanger, distillation, Absorber, condenser, line Sizing. • Needs to be capable of Project erection and developing all mechanical and civil drawing related to plant based on design input. • Needs to have strong familiarity with project management software such as MS Project • Needs to be familiar with Word, excel and other MS Office applications.
