Job Description
Bookkeeping
Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Produce error free accounting reports and present their reports
Handling bank reconciliation
Experience of accounting in Tally
Generating invoices from Purchase Orders
Making payment to vendors
Preparing monthly financial reports
Ledger scrutiny
Preparing import/export entries
Calculating TDS payments/ filing TDS returns
Calculating GST and filing GST returns
Registration for Importer Exporter Code (IEC) and GST
Calculating import duty
Assisting and supporting statutory audits
Assisting in preparation of financial statements as per Companies Act
Qualification:
B.Com/M.Com/semi qualified Chartered Accountant with work knowledge in MS-Office, Tally and making payments through NEFT and RTGS
The candidate must possess a minimum 3 years to a maximum of 5 years of work experience in the fields of Accounting and Taxation
Location and Shift details:
The candidate will be required to work from our office at Pune
The work timings will be +.30 am to 6.15 pm
