This opportunity is for a Senior Events Content Manager based in Germany, supporting a partner organization that handles applications and the following stages of the hiring process. The role brings together storytelling, strategic event programming, and large-scale execution to shape the content and narrative behind high-visibility community and flagship experiences.
You will turn strategic ideas into strong agendas, keynote storylines, and session content that connect with varied audiences across brand, field, and community events. The position acts as a link between strategy and delivery, making sure every session has a clear purpose and supports broader business and mission objectives. It calls for someone who can make complex, mission-driven topics easy to understand and compelling for audiences. You will work closely with internal teams, external speakers, and leadership to build event experiences that feel coherent, engaging, and impactful in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
• Lead the full content strategy for events, including theme development, messaging direction, and programming design across brand, field, and community gatherings.
• Own the content approach for major conferences and flagship events, ensuring it supports business priorities, audience expectations, and brand voice.
• Shape agendas, keynote narratives, breakout sessions, and other event materials together with internal stakeholders.
• Create session concepts, speaker briefings, and learning goals that fit the broader event plan and engagement targets.
• Source, connect with, and manage keynote speakers and outside contributors while developing a durable speaker network.
• Draft and refine content for presentations, panels, executive keynotes, and other event assets across multiple formats.
• Prepare speakers with briefing notes, rehearsal support materials, and readiness resources for event delivery.
• Work with marketing and communications teams on event messaging assets such as emails, landing pages, session summaries, and social copy.
• Monitor event results, including attendance, engagement, NPS, and session feedback, to improve content decisions over time.
• Build repeatable content frameworks, templates, and processes that can scale across a growing global events portfolio.
• Manage schedules, reviews, and approval steps so event deliverables are completed on time.
• Partner with product, sales, customer success, and communications teams to keep event narratives aligned with broader organizational goals.
Requirements
• 5–7 years of experience in content strategy, event content management, corporate communications, or B2B marketing.
• Demonstrated success creating content for large events, conferences, executive presentations, or programming that spans multiple formats.
• Excellent writing, editing, and narrative-building skills, with the ability to simplify complex
