Hiring for a Leading Casting & Foundry Manufacturing Company Rajkot, Gujarat
1. Senior Engineer Machining Development
Location:
Rajkot, Gujarat
Experience:
Minimum 5 Years
Salary:
Up to 60,000 In-Hand per Month
Qualification:
Diploma / BE Mechanical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
Lead new product development activities related to machining.
Coordinate with customers for technical discussions and project requirements.
Develop machining processes, tooling, fixtures, and cycle time optimization.
Ensure smooth transition from development stage to production.
Troubleshoot machining-related issues and implement corrective actions.
Work closely with Production, Quality, and Foundry teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in machining operations.
Train and guide junior team members.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Strong experience in machining development within the casting/foundry industry.
Ability to independently manage development projects.
Excellent customer communication skills.
Self-driven, hardworking, and result-oriented.
Willingness to learn and mentor others.
Must possess a two-wheeler.
Preference for candidates from Rajkot/Gujarat.
