About the Role
Reporting to the Reliability & Planning Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and managing asset reliability risks that impact plant performance, with a focus on loss elimination, risk management and lifecycle asset optimisation.
You will:
Analyse equipment performance, failure trends and downtime drivers
Develop and improve preventative and predictive maintenance strategies
Lead root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions
Identify opportunities to reduce cost, improve uptime and optimise asset life
Support shutdown planning and maintenance execution
Contribute to asset criticality, lifecycle planning and reliability strategies
Partner closely with Operations, Maintenance and Technical teams
About You
Tertiary qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering
Experience in reliability, maintenance or asset management roles
Strong understanding of reliability principles, RCA and maintenance strategy
Ability to interpret data and translate into practical improvements
Experience in manufacturing (food/dairy highly regarded)
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on safety and performance
