Job Title: Software Engineer AVP_ Full Stack
Location: Pune
Role Description
As an AVP for Technology in our Technology team, you will be a strong engineer who will help solve business initiatives. Your Role
• We are looking for someone to help us with:
• - Designing and implement solutions using standardized SDLC methodologies
• - Java development and testing, maintenance and other support activities
• - Sense of ownership and hands on approach to problem solving
What You’ll Do
• 3+ years of experience in application development for medium to large complex applications in open stack J2EE platform.
• Experience with application development with various frameworks like Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring MVC and Spring Security etc
• Experience in SDLC/Agile Methodology
• Good understanding on object-oriented design concepts and applying the design patterns
• Experience building web-services using SOAP & REST Architectures.
• Experience in multi-threaded java application development.
• Experience configuring and integrating java libraries such as Drools, JMS, Kafka and in Memory Tools etc.
• Hands on experience designing databases, writing PL/SQL scripts and stored procedures in both Oracle and DB2
• Good exposure with development of UI components using React JS or Angular JS
• Experience using development tools and systems such as Git, Maven, Gradle & Jenkins etc
• Proactive and provide regular updates of progress made
• Comfortable with working in fast paced environment with teams across time zones
• Capable of working independently when necessary
• Skilled at recognizing system deficiencies and implementing effective solutions
• Experience in Micro services, NoSQL will be an added advantage
Skills You’ll Need
Angular:
• Strong working knowledge of Dependency Injection, NgModules, Routing & Navigation, Angular Material, Angular RxJS & Observables, AG Grid
React:
• Hands on react js experience and knowledge of JSX, Redux, Virtual DOM, States and props, Class components, functional components, life cycle methods, rendering
• Extensive working knowledge of Collections, Generics, Exception handling, Data Structure, Design Patterns, Oops concepts
• Knowledge of Concurrent Package, Java8 lambda expressions, Streams, Functional Interface
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of Spring Core, Sprint Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Batch
• Hands on Exposure to development Testing using jUnit including mocking APIs like JMock, Mockito
• Working knowledge of messaging tools like Kafka, Solace, MQ, JMS
• knowledge of ORM Frameworks like Hibernate is plus.
• knowledge of Distributed cache like Hazaelcast, Oracle Coherance is plus.
