Urgent Opening with our Client in Static Equipment Manufacturing Industry for Sr. Engineer / Asst. Manager – Electrical & Instrumentation Professional.
Designation: Sr. Engineer / Asst. Manager – Electrical & Instrumentation
Department: - Design
Education: BE in Electrical & Instrumentation
Experience – 6+Years of experience
Salary – 6 to 8LPA
Job location: Pune (Pirangut)
Facilities: - Transport, Canteen, 5 days Working
Industry Area : Heavy Fabrication / Oil & Gas Industry (MNC)
(Note : 2 Years Bond)
REQUIRED TECHNICAL COMPETENCY
ESSENTIAL-
Hands on experience on Oil and Gas projects, selection of Electrical and Instrumentations components, technical datasheet preparation, quote evaluation, material receipt inspection
Experience in design / quality inspection / installation
JOB ROLES :
Responsibilities:
Pre-Order (Marketing support):
1. Reading Customer specifications & identifying E&I scope.
2. Preparing budgetary specifications for Bought-Out items.
3. Floating enquiry to vendors, keeping marketing team in loop.
4. Vetting vendor’s offer for technical details.
5. Sharing E&I budget to marketing team with back-up offers & price list.
Post Order (Design & Engineering):
1. Attending project kick-off meeting & finalize E&I requirement.
2. Preparing Technical specifications for Bought-Out items like Motors, sensors & protection devices.
3. Preparing Engineering schedule & ensure timely submission of deliverables.
4. Vetting vendor’s offers & issue technical clearance to Purchase team for procurement of Bought-out items.
5. Ventilation & Lighting design calculations for selecting Fans & Light fittings.
6. Preparing P&ID, SLD & control Wiring diagram.
7. Technical discussion amongst colleagues
8. Communication with customers / vendors for technical clarification.
+. Item code creation in ERP & preparation of BOM.
10. Inspection of inward E&I material.
11. Inspection of Bought-out items at vendor’s places.
12. New vendor development for quality improvement & cost optimisation.
13. Standardization of product.
14. Supporting Project team for execution.
15. Supporting QA team for customer inspections.
16. Supporting production team during mock-up assembly.
17. Supporting packing team during project dispatch.
18. Supporting Supervision team for installation & commissioning at site.
1+. Participation in ‘Lesson Learnt’ sessions amongst cross functions.
20. Follow ISO guidelines & Procedures.
21. In-depth understanding of industrial standards (e.g., IEC, NFPA, ISO) and safety protocols (e.g., ATEX, UL, SIL).
