• Total Remuneration $+3,81+ to $124,135 pa (including salary of $7+,27+ to $104,8+6 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

CQUniversity is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Senior Educational Developer to join our Learning and Teaching Futures Directorate and play a pivotal role in advancing VET educator capability, innovation, and student success across our diverse campus network.

Position Requirements
• Extensive experience in VET education/training design, delivery, and assessment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Australian VET system, including quality practices and legislative provisions.
• Australian Training and Assessment qualification(s), i.e., Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and/or diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education. AE and extensive experience in VET education/training.
• Proficiency in emerging learning technologies (e.g., virtual/augmented reality, mobile learning).
• Strong understanding of industry workforce requirements and ability to support curriculum design for work-ready VET graduates.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educational and professional support teams.
