About the Role
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented E-commerce Account Manager to manage and grow seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho , Jiomart , Ajio, Myntra, Ebay , Etsy etc.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central accounts
• Create, upload, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
• Monitor sales performance, inventory, ratings, and account health
• Plan and execute Amazon Ads, deals, and promotional campaigns
• Handle listing issues, account warnings, suspensions, and support tickets
• Analyze reports and suggest strategies to increase sales & visibility
• Coordinate with internal teams (ads, logistics, catalog, support)
• Ensure 100% compliance with Amazon policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate in Business / Marketing / Commerce / Management.
• Basic to good understanding of Amazon , Flipkart , Meesho , Jiomart, Etsy , Ebay , Ajio marketplace & Seller Central .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good communication skills (written & verbal).
• Ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a growth mindset.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
• 1+ Years of Experience with Amazon , Flipkart , Meesho to manage seller account.
• Prior experience in e-commerce or digital marketplaces
• Graduate or certification in Digital Marketing / E-commerce.
