Bonus: 25%-30%
Seeking a Senior Director/ Vice-President of Transmission, Distribution and Commissioning, this position will be responsible for the supervision and technical support of the Commissioning of the project.
About the Role:
The position will act as the head of the Commissioning Department and fulfill the electrical checkout, testing, energization, and power plant control review before substantial completion. The position is responsible for reviewing owner requirements, scheduling, employee relations, standardization, and best practices for the completion of commissioning a full power plant to grid operation.
Responsibilities:
• Build a functioning commissioning team that will perform all electrical, physical, and testing activities for commissioning activities for BRP project locations.
Qualifications:
15-20+ years of directly related electric utility, EPC, or commissioning experience. 5+ years of leadership experience in solar commissioning activities. Demonstrated knowledge of electric system components and related communications and protection functions.
Required Skills:
• Directly related electric utility, or solar commissioning experience
• Leadership experience in commissioning activities
• Knowledge of electric system components and related communications and protection functions
