Job Description:
As a Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive, your role will center on managing and implementing digital marketing strategies across various online platforms, with a primary focus on social media channels. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that align with the company's goals and objectives. Your responsibilities will encompass content creation, community engagement, analytics tracking, and staying updated on industry trends to ensure optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Create and schedule content for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
• Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments and messages, and respond promptly.
• Foster community growth and engagement through meaningful interactions and initiatives.
Content Creation:
• Generate creative and engaging content, including posts, images, videos, and infographics, tailored to each platform's audience and best practices.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure high-quality visual assets and messaging.
• Maintain an editorial calendar to plan content in advance and align with marketing campaigns and events.
Digital Advertising:
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Stay informed about the latest advertising features and updates on social media platforms to leverage new opportunities.
Analytics and Reporting:
• Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze social media and digital marketing performance.
• Prepare regular reports on key metrics and insights, providing recommendations for improvement and optimization.
• Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve better results over time.
Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers as needed for specialized tasks such as graphic design or video production.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management, preferably in a similar role or industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Creativity and attention to detail, with a passion for staying updated on digital marketing trends and emerging technologies
