Senior Digital Designer 2D BALMAIN BEAUTY

The Senior Designer, Balmain Beauty will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and digital experience of the brand. The Senior Designer will be responsible for creating sophisticated and engaging designs for our e-commerce platform and CRM emails, ensuring they reflect the premium nature of our brand and enhance customer engagement and conversions. The Senior Designer should possess a strong sense of luxury design and culture to effectively contribute ideas for the brand and design team needs.

Responsibilities:

· Lead the design and optimization of our luxury e-commerce website and email templates, ensuring a high-end, visually stunning user experience.

· Develop and implement design systems that enhance the customer journey, driving engagement and business growth through innovative and user-centric design solutions.

· Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to implement seamless, intuitive, and elegant design solutions.

· Craft visually appealing and personalized email content that maintains brand consistency and drives engagement and sales.

· Work closely with the marketing and online CRM teams to integrate compelling visual elements with strategic messaging and promotional offers.

· Effectively manage project timelines, assist design director with the approval process with leadership, and ensure that all stages of the process are smooth and efficient.

· Ownership of consistency, and creative quality control over concept work and execution.

· Ability to work on a diverse range of projects including channel-level toolkits for other design support.

· Capable of assisting with urgent tasks such as graphic design, image cropping, and basic video editing. Eager to contribute innovative ideas for brand activation projects.

· Develop and execute creative concepts for high-impact graphics, product showcases, and promotional content that align with our brand’s luxury aesthetic.

· Stay abreast of industry trends, luxury market dynamics, and emerging design practices to keep our digital presence at the forefront of innovation.

· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and Web Design related field.

· 2 – 4 years of experience in design with e-commerce and email design focus, with a strong portfolio showcasing luxury or high-end beauty brand projects.

· Proficiency in industry-standard design tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, PPT, or similar.

· Advanced knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design and experience with responsive design principles.

· Strong understanding of current luxury digital trends in both design and development.

· Fluent in social media platform best practices: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Google.

· Exceptional attention to detail and a deep understanding of luxury branding and customer expectations, with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Self-motivated, highly organized, innovative, and able to multi-task under pressure in fast paced environment.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $73,150 to $10+,200. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
