Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Designer role based in Ahmedabad. The Senior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing modular furniture designs for residential and commercial spaces, ensuring alignment with brand standards and client requirements. Daily tasks include creating detailed drawings, 3D layouts, and material specifications; collaborating with sales, production, and installation teams; and refining designs based on client feedback and technical constraints. The role involves visiting customer sites when needed, preparing design presentations, and ensuring that designs are practical, cost-effective, and manufacturable. The Senior Designer is also expected to mentor junior designers, contribute to new product development, and support continuous improvement in design processes.

Qualifications
• Strong skills in furniture and interior design, including space planning and modular design concepts.
• Proficiency in design and drafting tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar 3D visualization software.
• Ability to prepare detailed technical drawings, BOQs, and material specifications for production.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, production, and installation.
• Excellent communication and client presentation skills, with the ability to understand and translate client needs into design solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor junior designers and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Prior experience in modular furniture or interior fit-out industry is highly beneficial.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Furniture Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to quality and innovation.
