In this role, you'll craft impactful collections that embody our mission and captivate our audience across Canada and the U.S. As part of the team, you will work under the guidance of the Divisional Design Manager and collaborate with Product Managers to deliver compelling assortments every season.

Emphasizing strong relationships with technical and production teams, your designs will remain innovative and aligned with our high-quality standards. Your insight into market trends will ensure each collection resonates well with our clientele. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and coordinate seasonal product offerings
• Maximize sales while minimizing markdowns
• Collaborate closely with technical designers
• Innovate new fabrics and finishes
• Conduct market research to identify trends Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design or equivalent
• At least 7 years in fashion design
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong understanding of fashion industry trends
