Responsibilities
Provide personalized shopping assistance to clients, understanding their tastes and preferences to recommend suitable luxury products
Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication, follow-ups, and attentive service
Stay informed about current trends, new arrivals, and exclusive collections to offer expert guidance
Assist clients in selecting merchandise, upselling when appropriate to enhance their experience and satisfaction
Manage client appointments efficiently by scheduling, organizing, and prioritizing their needs
Maintain an organized merchandising display that highlights key products and seasonal collections
Communicate professionally via phone and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
Requirements
Fluency in English; bilingual skills such as Spanish or other languages are highly desirable
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously
Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with diverse clientele
Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and efficiently
Knowledge of merchandising principles to create appealing product displays
Proven time management skills to meet client needs promptly and effectively
Experience in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced retail environment
