Role Description The Senior Design Engineer (APC) Air Pollution Control Equipment is a full-time, in office role based in Nagpur. This position is responsible for leading the design and development of air pollution control systems, including preparing detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Day-to-day tasks include performing calculations and design reviews, selecting components, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting fabrication and installation activities. The role involves using CAD tools to create layouts and assemblies, resolving design issues during manufacturing and commissioning, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations. The Senior Design Engineer will also collaborate with sales and project teams on technical proposals, cost estimates, and optimization of existing equipment.
Robust Design Engineering skills, including system-level design, component selection, and engineering documentation.
Solid foundation in Mechanical Engineering with experience in industrial equipment or process systems.
Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for 2D and 3D modeling, drafting, and layout preparation.
Working knowledge of Electrical Engineering related to industrial equipment, controls, and instrumentation.
Experience in Product Design for engineered-to-order equipmen .
