Strong expertise in Tungsten TotalAgility (KTA/TTA) platform and Intelligent Document Processing solutions
Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale document automation solutions
Deep understanding of OCR, document classification, extraction technologies, and workflow architecture
Strong knowledge of solution architecture, system integration patterns, and scalable enterprise platforms
Experience integrating KTA/TTA with APIs, databases, ERP, CRM, ECM, and cloud services
Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, Web Services, and REST APIs
Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure/AWS) and enterprise security best practices
Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and governance models
Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Tungsten TotalAgility Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and workflow automation solutions
This role involves defining scalable architectures, guiding development teams, and ensuring best practices across the automation lifecycle
.Exposure to Agentic AI, Document AI, Generative AI, and Intelligent Automation platforms will be a strong advantage in designing next-generation automation solutions
Design end-to-end Tungsten TotalAgility solution architectures aligned with business objectives and enterprise standards
Define solution blueprints, frameworks, and reusable components for scalable document processing solutions
Lead technical workshops and architecture discussions with clients and internal teams
Provide architectural guidance for document capture, OCR, classification, extraction, validation, and workflow automation
Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, and IT teams to translate requirements into solution designs
Ensure adherence to security, governance, compliance, and enterprise architecture standards
Architect integrations with ERP, CRM, ECM, databases, APIs, RPA, and cloud platforms
Oversee development, testing, deployment, and production support activities
Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization assessments
Mentor developers and support capability-building initiatives
Evaluate and recommend AI-driven document processing strategies and emerging technologies
