Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Design & Development Engineer at FLOWCON ENGINEER INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. The position is located in Coimbatore. The Senior Design & Development Engineer will be responsible for developing and designing innovative products and solutions. Daily tasks will include conducting research, creating and testing prototypes, evaluating data to improve product designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that projects meet necessary specifications and standards. The role also entails managing project timelines and delivering high-quality technical documentation.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in product design and development, and using CAD software
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and materials science
• Experience in conducting research and testing prototypes
• Project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Effective communication and collaborative skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Previous experience in a related field is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
