➡️Role Overview: Looking for a Senior Data Lead to own the architecture, engineering, and governance of our enterprise data. You will bridge the gap between heavy-duty data engineering and production-grade GenAI, building scalable systems for MDM, procurement, and advanced AI workflows.

✅Mandatory Skills:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
• 8 –15+ years of experience in Data Engineering, with strong exposure to MDM and Procurement/Supply Chain data
• Strong Data Engineering (Python, SQL, ETL/ELT)
• Experience in Data Architecture & Data Warehousing
• Expertise in MDM & Data Governance
• Experience with Big Data tools (Spark, Kafka, Hadoop)
• Hands-on with Cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Experience in Procurement / Supply Chain data
• Strong Data Modeling & Data Quality frameworks
• Proven Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

💼What You’ll Own:
• Engineering: Architecting scalable batch/real-time pipelines and managing complex MDM/Procurement data lifecycles.
• GenAI: Moving beyond POCs to deploy production-ready RAG, semantic search, and agentic workflows.
• Governance: Driving data quality, schema integrity, and procurement data accuracy.
• Leadership: Mentoring engineering teams and aligning data strategy with business stakeholders.

⚙️The Tech Stack:
• Core: Python (Expert), Advanced SQL, Spark/Kafka.
• Modern Data Stack: Snowflake/BigQuery/Databricks.
• GenAI Stack: LangChain/LlamaIndex, Vector DBs (Pinecone/Qdrant/pgvector), LLM orchestration (JSON mode, function calling).
• Orchestration: Airflow/Dagster/Prefect.
