Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and experienced Content Writer to join our Sales & Marketing Department. The candidate will be responsible for developing engaging, informative, and persuasive content for digital marketing, social media, project promotions, sales collaterals, campaigns, and other marketing communication requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Create high-quality content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, email campaigns, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Develop engaging content for real estate project promotions and marketing campaigns.
• Write captions, taglines, promotional copies, scripts, and other creative content as required.
• Prepare content for digital marketing campaigns and social media advertisements.
• Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audiences.
• Research market trends, competitors, customer preferences, and relevant industry topics.
• Develop content that is clear, engaging, grammaticallycorrect, and aligned with the company's brand tone.
• Coordinate with the graphic design and digital marketing teams to ensure content is effectively communicated through creatives and campaigns.
• Proofread and edit content before publication.
• Assist in developing content for sales presentations, brochures, project profiles, and other sales collaterals.
• Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all communication channels.
• Manage multiple content assignments and ensure timely completion.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in English, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in content writing, preferably in real estate, digital marketing, advertising, or a related industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structure.
• Creative thinking with the ability to develop fresh and engaging content ideas.
• Good research and proofreading skills.
• Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing content.
• Ability to write content for different audiences and marketing objectives.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
Preferred
• Experience in real estate content writing will be anadded advantage.
• Knowledge of SEO and basic digital marketing concepts.
• Experience in writing social media and advertising copy.
• Familiarity with AI-based content and productivity tools.
