Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Write copy for social media posts, reels, ads, campaigns, scripts, websites, brochures, and brand communication.
• Develop campaign ideas, taglines, hooks, captions, ad copies, and content themes.
• Write fluently in English, Marathi, and Hindi as per brand tone and target audience.
• Work closely with the brand, design, performance, and video teams to convert briefs into strong creative outputs.
• Understand client objectives and create copy for awareness, engagement, lead generation, and sales.
• Contribute ideas for festive campaigns, launch campaigns, moment marketing, reels, and performance ads.
• Research competitors, audience behavior, trends, and category insights before writing.
Required Skills
• Strong command over English, Marathi, and Hindi.
• Prior experience in an advertising agency or digital marketing agency is preferred.
• Ability to write both creative and strategic copy.
• Experience in campaigns, social media, ads, reels, videos, and brand launches.
• Good understanding of brand tone, consumer psychology, and platform-specific content.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines.
Experience
2–4 years of experience in copywriting, preferably in an advertising or digital marketing agency.
Preferred
• Experience in education, healthcare, real estate, lifestyle, retail, or D2C brands.
• Understanding of performance marketing copy and conversion-focused ads.
• Ability to write scripts for reels, AVs, podcasts, and video ads.
