Senior Consultant – Business Consulting (Banking) - Mumbai

Your key responsibilities as a Sr. Consultant will be to
Manage multiple projects, engagement economics and receivables, project resources, and team utilization
Lead the delivery/execution of high-quality deliverables and manage service quality, brand, and client expectations
Demonstrate significant industry/solution expertise
Be a strong team player, build a strong team, assist in resolving people issues, support people development through guidance and feedback and lead the recruiting activities
Manage clients and accounts and built professional relationships
Meet business development targets by identifying new opportunities with existing and new clients
Contribute to brand development by writing articles, developing thought leadership and point-of-views
Contribute to knowledge development and management
Ensure compliance to the firm’s standards, processes and policies
Contribute to the firm’s initiatives in enhancing market leadership and growth, quality, people agenda and operational excellence
Skills and attributes for success
In-depth understanding of the economic and business environment in the banking industry
Expertise in areas such as – Go to Market Strategy /Business planning/hands-on experience in performance improvement of internal operations / Business development / Solution development
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good leadership qualities and people management skills with a sharp focus on quality delivery
Client relationship management and account management skills. Experience in handling mid to large-size accounts
Program management, multi-tasking, and time management skills
Good experience in business development
Ability to develop/customize solutions relevant to client
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Problem solving, data and financial analysis
To qualify for the role you must have
MBA from Premier Institute
3 to 6 years of relevant post-MBA experience – extensive experience in the Banking OR Consulting industry. Specifically in areas such as Retail Banking, Digital Banking, Strategy and Operations.
Sound understanding of the financial services (banking) market and regulatory environment in India
Additional experience in digital transformation projects and Retail Products and Processes knowledge would be valuable.
Base Location and Travel: Mumbai
