Job Description
As a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst in the FSP division, you will play a crucial role in delivering accurate and insightful financial data to support business decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:
- Owning the FSP month-end timetable, producing decision-ready packs with variance bridges and narratives, and delivering BU-level reporting packs
- Building and maintaining portfolio KPIs and dashboards with drill downs
- Owning budgeting and forecasting data and processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data classification
- Providing ad hoc commercial insights and responding to data/reporting requests from stakeholders
- Leveraging technology to build automated data workflows and reporting tools, supporting implementation and optimization of financial systems
- Developing dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Maintaining clear documentation of data sources, models, and reporting logic
- Supporting data governance initiatives by ensuring consistent definitions and usage of financial metrics
Qualifications required for this role include:
- 6+ years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or business analyst role
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including Power Query
- Clear spoken and written English, with high attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
- Energetic, self-driven, and ambitious with a proactive communication style
- Excellent collaborator who thrives in a team environment
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving priorities
