We offer civil engineering and land surveying services, guiding projects from their initial concept to final completion. Our portfolio includes residential, industrial, highway, and railway projects, allowing us to provide a diverse range of services typically associated with much larger firms. Our clients include corporate organizations as well as government entities.
The client was recently acquired by a more prominent firm, but they will operate independently while leveraging their ability to compete with firms like Langan and Bohler.

Oversee site design and land development projects, including roads, grading, drainage, and utility infrastructure.
Conduct zoning reviews, site investigations, and due diligence; prepare concept drawings and coordinate with AutoCAD drafters.
Design stormwater management systems and prepare stormwater management reports.
Calculate and design stormwater conveyance systems, including pipe sizing and drainage mapping.
Develop grading and utility system designs, including stormwater, sanitary sewer, and erosion control measures.
Job Details
4+ years of civil engineering experience; PE or progress toward it preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Expertise in site design and permitting for commercial land development, with some focus on residential and multi-family projects.
Strong knowledge of planning, zoning, and land development processes.
